Close all Chrome windows
Reopen Chrome
On Windows, press Alt+F4 to close Chrome, then launch it again
On Mac, press Command+Q to quit Chrome, then open it again
On Linux, close Chrome and start it again from the app menu or terminal
If Chrome is frozen, use Task Manager on Windows, Force Quit on Mac, or System Monitor on Linux to end the process, then reopen it
To restart after an update, type chrome://restart in the address bar and press Enter
