Check the care label for washing instructions
Remove the cover, if it has one
Remove hair, dirt, and debris with a vacuum or lint roller
Pretreat stains with a pet-safe stain remover
Wash the cover in cold or warm water with mild detergent
Wash the inner cushion only if the label says it is machine washable
Use an extra rinse cycle to remove detergent residue
Avoid bleach and fabric softeners unless the label allows them
Dry the cover and bed thoroughly on low heat or air dry
Fluff the bed after drying to restore its shape
Let the bed cool and dry completely before letting your dog use it again
