Open the Instagram app
Log in to your account
Tap the search or home feed to look for live indicators
Check Stories at the top of the app for accounts currently live
Look for the red Live badge on profile pictures
Tap the profile picture with the Live badge to join the live video
Go to the Explore tab to find live videos from public accounts
Visit a creator’s profile to see if they are live
Turn on notifications for accounts you want to watch live
Tap the notification when the account starts a live video
Use the Instagram Live Map or Live section if available in your region
Watch the live video and interact with comments or reactions if desired
