Open the Instagram app
Log in to your account
Tap the Reels icon at the bottom of the screen
Swipe up or down to browse more Reels
Tap a Reel to watch it
Use the search bar to find specific Reels, creators, or hashtags
Visit a profile and tap the Reels tab to see all Reels from that account
Tap the Explore tab to discover trending Reels
Turn on sound if needed using the audio icon
Pause a Reel by holding your finger on the screen
