Choose the correct ear tips for each ear
Hold the bud with the nozzle facing your ear canal
Insert the ear tip gently into your ear
Rotate the bud slightly until it sits securely
Place the stabilizing part snugly in the outer ear
Repeat for the other ear
Adjust both buds until they feel comfortable and stable
Check that the buds form a good seal
If they feel loose, try a different ear tip size
If they feel uncomfortable, reposition them slightly
