Choose the correct ear tip size for each ear
Hold the earbud with the stem pointing downward
Insert the earbud into your ear canal
Gently twist the earbud until it feels secure
Make sure the ear tip seals comfortably in your ear
Place the stabilizer portion snugly in the outer ear
Repeat for the other earbud
Adjust both earbuds until they feel balanced and stable
Check that the earbuds stay in place when you move your head
Remove and reinsert if the fit feels loose or uncomfortable
