Check the package for damage and the expiration date
Wash your hands
Open the package carefully
Find the inner ring at the closed end
Squeeze the inner ring between your thumb and middle finger
Choose a comfortable position, such as squatting, sitting, or standing with one leg raised
Insert the squeezed inner ring into the vagina like a tampon
Push it in as far as it will go until it rests against the cervix
Make sure the outer ring stays outside the vagina and covers the vaginal opening
Before intercourse, guide the penis into the condom to make sure it does not slip beside it
After sex, twist the outer ring to keep semen inside
Gently pull the condom out
Throw it away in the trash
Use a new condom each time
Do not reuse a female condom
