Turn off the amplifier or receiver
Identify the speaker terminals on the amplifier and speakers
Cut speaker wire to the needed length
Strip about 1/2 inch of insulation from each wire end
Match polarity: positive to positive, negative to negative
Connect the wire to the amplifier terminals
Connect the other end of the wire to the speaker terminals
Tighten terminals or secure the wire firmly
Repeat for each speaker
Check that no bare wire strands are touching other terminals
Turn on the amplifier or receiver
Test each speaker for sound
Adjust connections if a speaker is silent or out of phase
