Log in to the EPFO Unified Member Portal using your UAN and password
Ensure your UAN is activated and your KYC details are verified
Check that your Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account are linked and approved
Go to the Online Services menu
Select Claim Form (Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D)
Verify your personal details and bank account details
Select the type of withdrawal claim you want to submit
Enter the last four digits of your bank account for verification
Choose the reason for withdrawal if prompted
Upload any required documents if asked
Submit the claim using OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number
Track the claim status in the portal after submission
Wait for the claim to be processed and the amount to be credited to your bank account
