Lay the wrap flat on a clean surface
Place the filling in a line across the center, slightly below the middle
Leave space at the edges to prevent spilling
Fold the bottom edge up over the filling
Fold the left side inward
Fold the right side inward
Roll the wrap tightly away from you
Keep the filling tucked in as you roll
Seal the edge with a little moisture if needed
Slice in half if desired
