How To Write From And To Address?

Use your full name and mailing address in the “From” block

Place the “From” block at the top-left (or top, depending on your format)

Include: street address, apartment/unit number (if any), city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, country (if needed)

Add your phone number and email under the address (optional, if required)

Use the recipient’s full name and mailing address in the “To” block

Place the “To” block below the “From” block (or aligned to the left)

Include: recipient’s title (if applicable), organization/company name (if applicable), street address, apartment/unit number (if any), city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, country (if needed)

Use “From:” and “To:” labels if your format requires them

Use consistent punctuation and line breaks (one address line per line)

Use abbreviations consistently for states/provinces and ZIP/postal codes

Ensure the country is included when sending internationally
