Locate the PDF file on your device
Right-click the PDF file
Select Send to or Compress to
Choose Compressed zipped folder or ZIP archive
Rename the ZIP file if needed
Save the ZIP file to the desired location
On Mac, right-click the PDF file and select Compress
On Windows, use File Explorer and choose Compress to ZIP file
On Linux, use the file manager’s Compress option or a terminal zip command
To zip multiple PDFs, select all files first, then compress them together
