Wash the peppers thoroughly
Remove the stems, seeds, and inner membranes
Slice the peppers into even pieces
Dry them completely
Place the pieces in a dehydrator, oven, or in the sun until fully dried
Let the dried peppers cool
Grind the dried peppers into a fine powder
Sift the powder for a smoother texture
Store the paprika in an airtight container
Keep it in a cool, dark place
