Press the Home button on the Samsung TV remote
Go to Settings
Select General
Select Accessibility
Select Subtitle Settings
Turn Subtitles Off
If needed, press the CC button on the remote and disable Closed Captions
If subtitles still appear, open the app you are watching and turn subtitles off in the app’s settings
