How To Cook Rhubarb?

Trim and discard the leaves

Wash the stalks

Cut the stalks into even pieces

Combine rhubarb with sugar and a little water

Cook over medium heat until softened

Stir occasionally to prevent sticking

Simmer until the rhubarb breaks down

Remove from heat and cool before serving
