Wash the mango
Place the mango on a cutting board
Find the flat pit in the center
Cut off one side of the mango, close to the pit
Cut off the other side of the mango, close to the pit
Score the flesh of each mango half in a grid pattern without cutting through the skin
Turn each half inside out to pop the cubes outward
Slice the cubes off the skin with a knife
Peel the remaining flesh from around the pit
Cut the peeled flesh into slices or cubes
