Find the dress ties or sash
Place the ends evenly in both hands
Cross the right side over the left
Pull the right end under and through the loop
Tighten the knot gently at the center
Make one loop with the left end
Wrap the right end around the loop
Pull the right end through to form the second loop
Hold both loops and pull evenly
Adjust the bow so both loops are the same size
Straighten the tails so they hang neatly
Reposition the bow if needed until it sits flat
