Open the mod’s settings or interaction menu on the NPC
Select the option to edit or change appearance
Enter Create-a-Sim or the mod’s appearance editor
Change the NPC’s hair, clothes, makeup, accessories, and other features
Save and confirm the changes
Exit the editor and let the game apply the new look
If the mod uses cheats, enable cheats first
If the mod requires a specific interaction, click the NPC and choose the mod action
If changes do not stick, reapply the outfit and save again
Make sure the mod is updated and compatible with your game version
Check that required script mods are installed and enabled
Clear the game cache if the mod is not working properly
Remove conflicting appearance mods if necessary
