Sign in to your Twitch account
Go to your Subscriptions page
Find the channel you want to cancel
Click the gear icon or manage subscription option
Select Cancel Subscription
Confirm the cancellation
Check that the subscription status shows as canceled
If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, or another third party, cancel it through that service instead
