Microwave on medium power for 20 to 30 seconds
Stir well after each interval
Repeat in 10 to 15 second intervals until smooth
Use a double boiler if you prefer stovetop melting
Keep the bowl dry to prevent seizing
Avoid overheating the chocolate melts
Stir continuously once they begin to soften
Remove from heat as soon as fully melted
