Open the lock using the current combination
Locate the reset lever, reset button, or reset hole on the lock
Move the reset lever to the reset position or press and hold the reset button
Set the dials or wheels to the new combination
Return the reset lever or button to the original position
Scramble the dials or wheels
Test the new combination several times before closing the lock
If the current combination is unknown, contact Master Lock support with proof of ownership
