Go to iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple ID email address
Follow the on-screen instructions
Choose a trusted device or trusted phone number
Enter the verification code sent to you
Create a new password
Sign in again with the new password
If you cannot access your trusted device or number, choose account recovery
Use the Apple Support app on another device if needed
Reset your password from Settings on a trusted iPhone, iPad, or Mac if signed in already
