Turn off the PS4 console
Unplug the controller from the USB cable
Locate the small reset button on the back of the controller near the L2 button
Use a paperclip or small pin to press and hold the reset button for about 5 seconds
Plug the controller back into the PS4 with a USB cable
Turn on the PS4 console
Press the PS button on the controller to reconnect it
If needed, go to Settings
Select Devices
Select Bluetooth Devices
Remove the controller and pair it again
