Back up any important data to USB storage or cloud save data
Sign in to your PS4 account
Go to Settings
Select Initialization
Select Initialize PS4
Choose Quick or Full
Follow the on-screen prompts
Wait for the reset to complete
Set up the PS4 again after it restarts
