Open the in-game phone
Go to the Internet
Select Dynasty 8 or the relevant property website
Choose the property you want to sell
If the option is available, select Trade In or Sell
Confirm the sale
If no direct sell option exists, replace the property by buying a new one in the same slot
Receive the trade-in value as a discount on the new property
Repeat for other properties if needed
