Press PrtScn to copy the full screen to the clipboard
Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows + PrtScn to save the full screen as a file in Pictures > Screenshots
Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select an area to capture
Open Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch and choose New to take a screenshot
On some laptops, press Fn + PrtScn if the PrtScn key is shared with another function
Paste the copied screenshot into Paint, Word, or another app using Ctrl + V
Save the screenshot from the app if it was copied to the clipboard
