Press PrtScn to capture the full screen and copy it to the clipboard
Press Windows + PrtScn to capture the full screen and save it automatically in Pictures > Screenshots
Press Alt + PrtScn to capture the active window and copy it to the clipboard
Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select a region, window, or full screen
Open Snipping Tool from the Start menu to take a screenshot manually
Use Fn + PrtScn if your laptop requires the Fn key for the Print Screen function
Paste clipboard screenshots into Paint, Word, or another app with Ctrl + V
Save the screenshot after pasting if you used a clipboard shortcut
