How to Turn Off Mouse Accel?

Windows: Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse > Additional mouse settings > Pointer Options > uncheck Enhance pointer precision

Windows: Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options > uncheck Enhance pointer precision

Windows: set mouse sensitivity to a fixed value and keep DPI constant in your mouse software
