Enter the formula in the first cell of the column
Press Enter
Select the cell with the formula
Double-click the fill handle to copy the formula down the column
Or drag the fill handle down to the last row
Or select the target range and press Ctrl+D
Or convert the range to a table and use the formula in the first row
Or select the entire column and enter the formula, then press Ctrl+Enter
Use an absolute reference with $ signs if needed to keep cells fixed
