Open the PhonePe app
Tap your profile icon
Go to AutoPay
Select the active mandate you want to cancel
Tap Cancel AutoPay or Revoke Mandate
Confirm the cancellation
Check the status to ensure it shows as cancelled
If needed, contact PhonePe support or the merchant for further help
