Open the PDF in a PDF editor with redaction or editing tools
Select the text you want to erase
Use the Delete, Backspace, or Redact tool
Save the edited PDF as a new file
If the PDF is scanned, use OCR before erasing text
If needed, flatten the PDF after editing to prevent changes to the text layer
