Open Snapchat
Swipe right to the Chat screen
Press and hold the chat you want to hide
Tap Chat Settings
Tap Clear from Chat Feed
Confirm the action
Turn on Ghost Mode in Snap Map if you want to hide your location
Turn off Chat Notifications for that contact if needed
Use Do Not Disturb for that chat if available
Block or remove the contact if you want to fully stop the chat from appearing
