Wash your hands thoroughly
Remove the tablet from the packaging
Lie down or stand with one leg raised, if easier
Gently separate the vaginal lips
Insert the tablet into the vagina as far as comfortably possible using a clean finger or applicator if provided
Push the tablet in until it is placed high in the vagina
Remove the applicator if used
Wash your hands again
Follow the prescribed timing, usually at bedtime if instructed
Wear a panty liner if needed to prevent leakage
