Set the lock to the current combination or factory default
Open the lock
Locate the reset button, reset lever, or reset switch near the dials
Press and hold the reset button or move the reset lever into reset mode
Turn the dials to your new combination
Release the reset button or return the reset lever to its original position
Scramble the dials
Test the new combination before closing the suitcase
If the lock has a TSA key slot only, use the combination reset method for the built-in code lock, not the key slot
If the lock will not reset, check the model-specific instructions for your American Tourister suitcase
