Open Settings
Go to Apps or Application Manager
Find Google Play Store
Tap Enable if it is disabled
Tap Storage
Tap Clear Cache
Tap Clear Data
Go back and find Google Play Services
Tap Storage
Tap Clear Cache
Tap Clear Data
Restart the phone
Open Play Store
Sign in with your Google account
Check for system updates
Update Google Play Store if prompted
Remove and re-add your Google account if needed
Reset app preferences if Play Store is still missing
Install Play Store only from the official Google source if it was uninstalled
