Open WhatsApp
Open the chat with the video
Tap the video to open it
Tap the download icon if the video is not already downloaded
On Android, the video is usually saved to your Gallery automatically if media visibility is enabled
To enable it on Android, go to WhatsApp Settings
Tap Chats
Turn on Media visibility
On iPhone, tap the Share icon
Tap Save Video
Open your Photos app to find the saved video
If needed on Android, use a file manager to move the video from WhatsApp Media to the DCIM or Movies folder
Check your phone’s storage permissions if the video does not appear in the Gallery
