How to Select Row in Excel?

Click the row number on the left side of the worksheet

Drag across multiple row numbers to select adjacent rows

Hold Ctrl and click row numbers to select non-adjacent rows

Hold Shift and click another row number to select a range of rows

Click any cell in the row and press Shift + Space to select the entire row

Use the Name Box, type the row range, and press Enter to select rows

Use Ctrl + A to select the current data region, including rows

Use the keyboard arrow keys to move to a row, then press Shift + Space

On a Mac, use Shift + Space to select the entire row

On a Mac, hold Command to select non-adjacent rows by clicking row numbers
