Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon
Tap Settings
Tap General
Tap Account and device preferences
Check whether a country change option is available
If available, tap the country option and follow the prompts
Add a payment method from the new country if required
Accept the terms and confirm the change
Wait up to 48 hours for the change to take effect
If the option is not available, connect to a VPN only if allowed by Google policy and your account eligibility
Update your Google Play country only once per year
Clear Play Store cache and data if the new country does not appear
Restart the device and reopen Play Store
Use a local payment method and address for the new country if prompted
