How to Make Cabbage Roll?

Remove the core from a head of cabbage

Boil the whole cabbage until the leaves soften

Peel off the softened leaves and set them aside

Trim the thick stem from each leaf

Mix ground meat, cooked rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and egg

Place a portion of filling on each cabbage leaf

Fold in the sides and roll tightly

Arrange the rolls in a baking dish or pot

Mix tomato sauce, water, and seasonings

Pour the sauce over the cabbage rolls

Cover and cook until the cabbage is tender and the filling is fully cooked

Serve hot
