Slice zucchini and cook lightly
Cook beef or tofu
Fry an egg
Make bibimbap sauce with gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and vinegar
Arrange rice in a bowl
Place vegetables and protein on top in separate sections
Add the fried egg on top
Spoon sauce over the bowl
Sprinkle sesame seeds
Mix everything together before eating
