Open the Settings app on your iPhone

Tap Accounts
Tap Add Account
Tap Google
Enter your Gmail email address
Tap Next
Enter your Gmail password
Tap Next
If prompted, complete two-factor authentication
Choose what to sync, such as Mail, Contacts, and Calendars
Tap Save
