Use Do Not Disturb or Focus mode to allow calls only from contacts
Contact your carrier to block private or unknown numbers
Use a call-blocking app from the App Store
Add known spam numbers to your blocked contacts list
Ask callers to show caller ID before calling
Enable call filtering features if available from your carrier
