Open the Google Play Store
Search for an icon pack app
Install a launcher that supports icon changes, if needed
Open the launcher settings
Go to Home screen or Appearance settings
Select Icon style or Icon pack
Choose the new icon pack
Apply the changes
To change a single app icon, long-press the app icon
Tap Edit or Pencil
Select a new icon from the available options
Save the changes
If your launcher does not support icon changes, use a third-party launcher
If needed, create a shortcut with a custom icon using a shortcut maker app
