Set your iPhone to Silent Mode using the Ring/Silent switch
Turn down the volume using the Volume Down button
Use Live Photo mode
Connect wired headphones or some Bluetooth audio devices before taking the photo
Use the Camera app in a region where the shutter sound is muted by default, if applicable
Use the mute switch in Control Center if available on your device
Note that in some countries or regions, the camera shutter sound cannot be turned off
