Open the Settings app
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Enter the Screen Time passcode
Toggle Content & Privacy Restrictions off
If prompted, confirm the change
If you do not know the passcode, use the Screen Time passcode reset option or contact the person who set it up
