Open the Photos app
Tap Albums
Scroll down and tap Recently Deleted
Find the video you want to restore
Tap the video
Tap Recover
Confirm Recover Video
Check the Videos or Recents album for the restored file
If it is not in Recently Deleted, check iCloud Photos on other devices
Restore from an iCloud or computer backup if available
Use a third-party recovery tool only if no backup exists
