Open Settings
Tap Cellular or Mobile Data
Tap SIM PIN
Turn off SIM PIN
Enter the current SIM PIN when prompted
If the SIM is blocked, contact your carrier for the PUK code
Enter the PUK code when prompted
Set a new SIM PIN if needed
Restart the iPhone if the SIM does not activate immediately
