Turn on Bluetooth on your MacBook
Press and hold the noise control button on your AirPods Max until the status light flashes white
Open System Settings on your MacBook
Click Bluetooth
Select your AirPods Max from the list of nearby devices
Click Connect
If prompted, confirm the pairing
Select AirPods Max as the sound output device if needed
