How to Connect Chromebook to Printer?

Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Chromebook

On the Chromebook, click the time in the bottom-right corner

Under Printing, select Printers

Click Add printer

Choose your printer from the list

If prompted, enter the printer details and save

If the printer does not appear, make sure it supports Google Cloud Print alternatives or IPP printing

If using a USB printer, connect it directly to the Chromebook with a compatible USB cable or adapter

Wait for Chrome OS to detect the printer and add it automatically if supported

If needed, install the printer manufacturer’s app or use the printer’s web setup page

Restart the Chromebook and printer if the connection fails
