Make sure the printer and Chromebook are connected to the same Wi-Fi network
Turn on the printer
Open the Chromebook Settings
Select Advanced
Choose Printing
Click Printers
Select Add printer
Wait for the Chromebook to detect the printer
Select your printer from the list
Click Add
Open the document or page you want to print
Press Ctrl + P
Choose your printer
Click Print
If the printer does not appear, add it manually using the printer’s IP address
If needed, install the printer manufacturer’s app or use the printer’s web setup page
If using a USB printer, connect it directly to the Chromebook with a compatible cable or adapter
Confirm the printer is supported by Chromebook if it still does not work
